When you access or use the TSUKI website or any of our services, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms. This agreement applies regardless of where you are located. If any part of these Terms is unacceptable to you, please do not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may only use TSUKI with the direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and accepted these Terms. We reserve the right to close any account we believe belongs to a user under 18.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use TSUKI's materials and software for personal use only. You agree not to:

If you are currently or formerly employed by, volunteering at, affiliated with, contracted by, or acting on behalf of any of the following organizations — or are a family member or known associate of someone who is — you are strictly prohibited from accessing TSUKI or any of our products and services:

Each account on TSUKI is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer your account to any other person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We strictly prohibit multi-accounting. Creating or maintaining more than one account — whether to evade a ban, access multiple subscriptions, or for any other reason — will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all associated accounts without notice or refund. Account sharing between individuals is also prohibited.
Upon purchasing a subscription, you will be required to register a single hardware device to your account. By using our software, you consent to the collection of device and hardware identifiers for the purpose of generating a unique device fingerprint. This fingerprint is used to enforce our one-device-per-subscription policy and protect against unauthorized use. For details on what data is collected, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Only your authorized device may be used to access TSUKI services. Attempting to use the service on unauthorized devices will be blocked automatically.
If you change your hardware (e.g., upgrade your PC, replace a component, or switch devices), you may request a HWID reset through your account page. HWID resets are granted on a reasonable basis — we understand hardware changes happen and will accommodate legitimate requests.
Tampering with, spoofing, or circumventing hardware identification mechanisms is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund.
Your subscription begins as soon as payment is confirmed and runs for the full duration of the purchased period. Subscriptions cannot be paused or frozen. If you purchase a 7-day or 30-day plan, the timer starts immediately upon activation — there are no exceptions.
If you wish to transfer your remaining subscription time from one TSUKI product to another, you may submit a request to our team. Transfers are subject to approval based on product availability and demand. If approved, your remaining time carries over at a 1:1 ratio with no conversion applied. Transfer requests are only considered for subscriptions with at least 14 days remaining.
Our full refund policy is available on our Refund Policy page. In summary: if our product does not work on your system and our team is unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a refund at our discretion. Refunds are not available for change of mind, account bans, or after accessing subscriber-only content.
We work hard to keep our services running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Software updates, maintenance windows, game patches, and other factors outside our control may temporarily affect availability.
If our services experience any downtime — regardless of duration — all affected subscriptions are automatically extended by the equivalent amount of time. This happens proactively and you don't need to submit a request.
All materials and software provided by TSUKI are offered on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Your use of our services is entirely at your own risk.
TSUKI shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our website, software, or services. This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge and accept that the use of our software is entirely at your own risk. TSUKI bears no responsibility for any consequences to your gaming accounts, profiles, rankings, or digital assets that may result from using our services. Any and all risk — financial or otherwise — is yours alone.
Any content you submit through our website or community channels may be reviewed, moderated, or removed at our discretion. We may also share submitted content with third-party services for spam detection or verification purposes. Do not submit anything you consider confidential.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Users from all jurisdictions are welcome, and we strive to comply with data protection and consumer protection regulations in the regions where our users are located.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
